YOGA
Activated Asana with Susan Join us for a registered yoga practice focused on stability, strength and mobility. This yoga is intentionally designed to create high performance aging and skillful movement. Wednesdays 630-745pm Bring your yoga mat, strap, blocks and water. $10 per class NOTE: Session 1 September 11 -December 4 Session 2 January- May TBA KARMA - drop ins welcome on the First Wednesday of every month from 6-7 pm to accommodate monthly hall meetings.
