Bring your own plate and mug to help with ecosustainability but we have you covered if you don't.

Chicken Wire Daisy Solar Light Workshop!
Join the talented Laura Ouilet from We-Met-Wire Work for a hands-on, engaging session learning the art of shaping wire and creating your own beautiful, solar-powered daisy.

Workshop Details:

Time: 1:00 PM - 3:30 PM

 Suitable for participants aged 16 and over.

​Activated Asana with Susan
   Join us for a registered mindful movement yoga practice focused on stability, strength and mobility.  
​This yoga is intentionally designed to create high performance aging and skillful movement.

   Wednesdays 630-745pm  
Bring your yoga mat, strap, blocks and water.
​     $10 per class
  Session 1  September  -December 
​  Session 2  January- May  
KARMA - First Wednesday of every month class is from 6-7 pm to accommodate the monthly hall meeting.
​Joint in for the cost of a donation to a charity of your choice.
